Our funding partner, ROK Financial
Underwritten on money already moving through the business. These are the options with no minimum credit score.
On your revenue
Cash against the money already moving through your bank account. It is the fastest option on this page and the one with no credit score floor, because it is underwritten on your deposits rather than your FICO. Use it for materials, payroll, rent or a job you need to start before you get paid for the last one.

On your revenue
Borrow against invoices you have already issued but not yet been paid for. If your customers are other businesses on 30, 60 or 90 day terms, this turns that waiting period into cash now. No credit score floor, because the strength of the file is your customers paying, not your personal profile.

On your revenue
Money to buy into a franchise or to run one you already own. It covers franchise fees, equipment, inventory, working capital and down payments. No credit score floor, and the bar is the same six months and $10,000 a month that working capital uses.

Underwritten on your profile. These ask for more history and a score, and they give longer terms and traditional rates in return.
On your credit
A pool of money you draw from when you need it and pay interest only on what you actually use. Pay it back and it is available again. It suits a business whose gaps come and go rather than one that needs a single lump sum.

On your credit
A lump sum repaid in fixed monthly instalments over a set period, at a traditional rate. This is the closest thing on the list to what a bank would give you, and it asks for the most: two years of history and a 660 score. Used for expansion or a large one off cost.

On your credit
A government backed loan with the longest terms available here, up to 25 years, and the heaviest paperwork. Worth the effort if you are buying a business, buying property or refinancing existing business debt, and you have the history and the records to support it.

Underwritten on something that exists. Equipment, vehicles and property carry the file, which is why time in business matters least here.
On what you own
Financing for the machinery, vehicles or technology a business runs on, either to buy new gear or to borrow against gear you already own outright. It is the most forgiving option on time in business: there is no minimum, because the equipment itself carries the file.
May vary based on equipment type. ROK Financial's published criteria as of September 2026. Subject to change. Not a commitment to lend.
On what you own
Financing for property a business operates from or owns: a shop, a yard, a warehouse, an office, an industrial unit. It needs a 650 score, property documentation and a down payment.

On what you own
Short term financing for experienced real estate investors buying, renovating and reselling property. It is the narrowest product on the list: it needs a 680 score and three completed flips in the last three years.

On what you own
Financing to buy a residential property that will produce rental income. It is for investors with a track record, on property worth at least $250,000, and it is the slowest product here.

Three questions here, then you finish a short secure application. Checking your options is a soft pull and does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may be required at final approval.
