This explains what we collect, where it goes and how to get it back.

When you submit the form we pass exactly those three things to ROK Financial so they can work your funding request. We do not collect a phone number. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
This site is operated by MQL Solutions LLC, an Illinois limited liability company trading as Funding Access Platform. Our mailing address is 2501 Chatham Rd Ste R, Springfield, IL 62704. You can reach us at [email protected].
Funding Access Platform is not a lender, a bank or a financing company. We do not make credit decisions and we do not fund anything. We are an independent referral partner for ROK Financial, and ROK Financial pays us when a referral we send them results in funding. You are never charged a fee by us.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for a phone number, a Social Security number, an Employer Identification Number, bank details, tax returns or financial statements. If a later step in the funding process asks you for any of those, you are giving them to ROK Financial or to a lender, under their privacy practices, not to us.
Our form includes one hidden field that is invisible to people and exists only to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded.
We use what you give us to pass your funding request to ROK Financial, to respond to you if you contact us, and to keep basic records of the requests we have referred. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
This is the point of the form. When you press the submit button, your first name, email address and monthly sales range are transmitted to ROK Financial so their team can work your request and contact you about it. That transfer happens because you asked us to make it. If you do not want it to happen, do not submit the form.
The form is delivered to us by a third party service called Web3Forms, which receives the submission and forwards it to our inbox. They process it on our behalf.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, we do not rent or trade contact lists, and we do not share what you give us with anyone beyond the two recipients named above, except where we are required to by law or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
We would rather be precise than reassuring here. Some state privacy laws define a sale of personal information broadly enough to cover a disclosure made in exchange for compensation, even one you asked for. Because ROK Financial compensates us for referrals, we tell you plainly what leaves this site and where it goes rather than relying on a blanket claim. If you want your information removed after you have submitted it, write to [email protected] and we will delete our copy. We cannot delete ROK Financial's copy, and you would need to contact them directly for that.
As of the effective date shown at the top of this page, this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics package and carries no advertising or conversion pixels. Nothing on these pages tracks you. The only third party resource the page loads is a web font from Google Fonts, which is needed to render the page.
If we add analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this section and change the effective date before turning it on.
Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how a site should respond to one. Because we do not track visitors across other websites at all, we do not change our behaviour based on a Do Not Track signal, and there is nothing for it to switch off.
We do not allow any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity on this site over time or across other websites. Once you follow a link to ROK Financial or to any other site you are covered by that site's own privacy practices, not by this policy.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] and tell us what you want done. We will respond within a reasonable time and we will not charge you for it.
Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights, for example to know, to delete, to correct, or to opt out of sale or sharing. We extend the rights listed above to anyone who asks, wherever they live, so you do not have to work out whether a particular law covers you before you contact us.
We keep referral records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet record keeping obligations, and we delete them when they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. Material changes will be described at the top of this page for at least thirty days after they take effect.
